CIVIL ENGINEERING
Our services include condition estimates and studies of buildings and special inspections of indoor swimming pools, water towers, bridges and other infrastructures. We also perform investigations concerning mould and moisture damages and provide expert services of renovation targets.
Our staff consists of professionals in the building trade who have versatile additional education. For example, two of our researchers are qualified condition researchers admitted by FISE (Qualification of Professionals in Building, HVAC and Real Estate Sector in Finland). We have experience of thousands of real estates and hundreds of bridges from nuclear power plants to small real estates.
If necessary, we deliver a reference list concerning the researcher's experience to the appropriate civil servant or the professional manager of the real estates.
