Ositum Oy is an impartial and independent private company which offers high-quality research and analytical services for monitoring the state of the built environment. Our research is based on skilful and highly educated personnel with up-to-date, sensitive and reliable research methods and equipment.

Our services include condition estimates and investigations of buildings, inspections of bridges and other infrastructures, moisture measurements, charting of detrimental substances, analyses of concrete, indoor air investigations and microbial examinations. We also offer expert services in all the fields of our know-how.

The quality and traceability of our operations are guaranteed by certified reference materials and by our own concrete, chemical and microbial laboratories based on cultivation and DNA techniques. We regularly participate in international quality control tests in which we have been ranked into the best actors in the world. Ositum Oy is an approved laboratory by Finnish Food Safety Authrority Evira to study public authority samples.

The territory of Ositum Oy is the whole of Finland. Our laboratories are located in Espoo and Oulu. Furthermore, we have an office in Rovaniemi.
